Department Award Criteria


The recipients of the science department award are recognized for high academic achievement in the subject matter. Many demonstrate enthusiasm in the study of science by participating in extracurricular activities such as the Stanley Middle School sponsored Science Fair, the Rube Goldberg contest, and the Regional Department of Energy Science Bowl competition.
